Terms and Conditions:
• These discounted Fares are exclusively for Rowing NZ members and are valid for bookings from 25 August 2026 for travel from 1 November 202 6 until 31 October 2027.
• These discounted Fares apply to bookings made directly with Bluebridge, through the passenger website www.bluebridge.co.nz , via the Bluebridge Passenger Contact Centre, or at the Bluebridge Passenger Terminals. It is not applicable to STRAITNZ Bluebridge freight bookings or bookings made by third par ties (affiliated Bluebridge resellers).
• Member Fares are applicable when the promo code OARSOME is used at the time of booking, either by entering it online in the promo code box, or by quoting the promo code to contact centre staff. The code can’t be applied after a booking is made.
• Standard Flexi Fare conditions apply. Bookings can be amended and/or cancelled right up until 1 hour prior to sailing without any fees or penalties. All other Fare and standard Bluebridge Terms and Conditions apply .
• Discounted member Fares are eligible for bookings that include a minimum of one Rowing NZ cardholder, a maximum of six passengers per booking.
• Members must present a digital screenshot of their ROWIT event app with detailed regatta when they check-in as proof of entitlement. If not presented, the standard public Retail Fares will apply.
• Discounted pricing applies to Fares only. Optional extras, such as cabins, excess baggage and food, are charged at standard retail prices.
• The discount ed Fares are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
• Fares are always subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Payment must be made when booking via the following payment methods; Poli (bank transfer), debit/credit card and/or Afterpay.
• Bluebridge reserves the right to review these terms and conditions from time to time. Rowing NZ will be notified of any changes and the changes will apply to any new or amended bookings made after the date of notification.
