Introduction to Rowing Coaching - Hawkes Bay

The Introduction to Coaching Rowing Module is a 6 hour workshop in total to assist those who are new to coaching rowing with the basics to getting started as a coach.

Topics covered in the Introduction Module are:

• What is coaching
• Knowing your athletes
• Safety
• Planning and Reflection
• Technique
• Rigging basics

This module will be completed in Person at HAWKES BAY ROWING CLUB

Session 1: Thursday 8th June - 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm
Session 2: Friday 9th June - 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Session 3: Saturday 10th June -9am - 11am
