Non-Resident Competitor CV
Before a Non-Resident Competitor can represent a NZ Club at a Championship regatta, the competitor must comply with Rule 16 in the NZ Rules of Racing.
Rule 16 requires rowers:
- Be living in NZ before 1 December in the season you wish to race
- Apply to Rowing NZ for athlete grading
- Have a NZRA Competition License before 1 December in the season you wish to race
- To compete at the NZ Championships you need to have represented your NZ Club at two or more regattas before the Championships.
Please notify Rowing NZ of any non-resident rowers who are joining your club this season so they can be assigned the correct grade.
Please email Kate Adams with the rowers name, overseas club, and brief overview of results from the rowers latest two seasons.
