Tauhara College

Our students train and race with our friends at Taupo Nui a Tia College as part of Taupo Rowing Club and depending on the regatta they may row for Tauhara or for Taupo.

We have a fun and supportive environment; over the warmer months we train on the lake if conditions allow, attend some weekend camps with other clubs and race at a range of different regattas.

We welcome new rowers in both April and September with our free Learn to Row programs.

Spring is mainly about learning and training, summer is when the regattas happen and over the colder months our rowers often focus on other sports so training dials back.
