On the eve of performing in Paris, let's celebrate the inspiring journeys our rowers have been on to become Olympians. From fulfilling childhood dreams to devoting endless time and effort preparing to excel on the biggest stage, they have also grown so much as people, as teammates and as great young New Zealanders.
