​Three U19 semifinals and 3 finals on Day 6 of the U19/U23 World Champs in Varese, Italy.

First up the results for the U19 semifinals. In the M4- C/D Semifinal Henry Kirk, Nicholas Bryan. Adam Wilson and Cameron Macgillivray came second which takes them through to the C Final. The crew of Edward Botherway and Dylan Burton came were fifth in the M2x C/D Semifinal which takes them through to Final D. The last race for the U19 NZ Team saw Georgia Thomson, Annabelle Knowles, Emma Averill and Charlotte Lightfoot come sixth in the W4x A/B Semifinal which takes them through to the Final B.

In the U23 Finals the W2x were sixth in their Final B with crew, Sophie Egnot-Johnson Madeleine Parker.

In the M4- Final A for crew, Angus Gilbert, Logan Ullrich, Campbell Crouch and Flynn Eliadis-Watson were second behind the crew from Great Britain, taking home a silver medal.

And finally the M4x, won bronze in the A Final behind Italy and Germany, after a very tight battle with the crews from the Czech Republic and Netherlands.

That wraps up the races for our U23 Team, finals for the U19 Team will start tonight NZT with the M2x.
