2023 Rowing NZ Coach Scholarship Recipients
The Coach Scholarship programme runs over three days and is held at Rowing NZ HQ at Lake Karāpiro with up to 10 coaches at a time from all over the country. One workshop already has been competed in June, two further workshops will be completed in October and November.
The coaches will receive upskilling from various High Performance NZ staff about key areas, including nutrition, physiology, psychology, performance life and strength & conditioning as well as sessions external knowledge providers. Time on the water with the RNZ elite coaches/athletes training for next year’s Paris Olympics is also included.
