The Hamilton Rowing Club is looking for assistant rowing coaches to join its School Coaching team for the 2022/23 season. The successful candidate will enjoy working with great athletes from Hillcrest and Rototuna schools.
If you are a coach who is:
- VIBRANT - Full of energy and enthusiasm. The one to lift spirits in the good and bad
- ADAPTIVE - Willing to try new training methods and adapt to changing plans
- COLLABORATIVE - Willing to work with other coaches for the better of the athlete and HRC
