His professional expertise includes cultural change, establishing feedback systems that work and supporting people to develop the skills to lead crucial conversations effectively. He is passionate about capacity building in individuals and teams, developing leaders to take personal responsibility for their work and also about the key behaviours that underpin the high performance mindset.
