ROWING NZ LEARNING PORTAL

Rowing NZ currently offers four free online learning modules:

Rowing 101 (an introduction to coaching in NZ and a requirement of the New Coach Award)
Child Protection in Play, Active Recreation and Sport (highly recommended for anyone working with children and a requirement for any coaches involved in age group team coaching with Rowing NZ)
Thriving under Fire (dealing with difficult people)
Governance 101 (This programme is based on the sport and recreation governance framework)
